林克穎爭交保英國裁定續押

〔自由時報記者楊國文、項程鎮／台北報導〕99年3月間，英商林克穎駕車撞死孝子送報生黃俊德，被判刑4年定讞；去年8月，林卻在發監前易容潛逃回英國，他因台英司法互助被英國法院逮捕羈押，林不服向蘇格蘭上訴法院提出抗告，法官昨晚駁回抗告確定，林克穎還押。

法務部政務次長陳明堂說，林克穎（Zain Dean）保釋抗告庭採秘密庭進行，經地院駁回，再經上訴法院（即二審）駁回其抗告，不得再抗告，除非有新事實新證據，才能重新向一審法院提出保釋聲請。

另一方面，英國法院本週一召開引渡林克穎案的首次準備程序庭，林克穎律師以台、英無邦交、證人證詞繁多，向法官請求延開明年初預定的引渡案審理庭，也被法官駁回，預定明年1月8日和9日連續2天開庭審理。法務部表示，法務部和外交部正持續努力爭取引渡林克穎回台。
