立法院內政委員會由在野黨主導成立的「行政院鎮壓反服貿學運真相調閱專案小組」，今天上午開會，行政院、內政部、國安局、法務部官員列席備詢。法務部所提供的報告將霸占立法院學生陳為廷的名字，誤植為「陳威廷」，引發立委不滿。

民進黨立委邱議瑩說，法務部連陳為廷的名字都搞不清楚，非常不尊重立法院。
