台灣女人越來越長壽！衛福部上午公布102年國人死因別統計及平均餘命，癌症連續32年蟬聯國人十大死因之首。內政部初步估測，102年國人平均餘命為79.9歲，男性76.7歲，女性則達83.3歲。

十大死因依序為惡性腫瘤、心臟疾病、腦血管疾病、糖尿病、肺炎、事故傷害、慢性下呼吸道疾病、高血壓性疾病、慢性肝病及肝硬化、腎炎（腎病症候群及腎病變）。

十大癌症死因依序為肺癌、肝癌、大腸直腸癌、乳癌、口腔癌、攝護腺癌、胃癌、胰臟癌、食道癌、子宮頸癌。在其中胰臟癌、口腔癌及食道癌在死亡率上明顯上升。
