美最高法院受理歐記健保新上訴案

美聯社報導，美國最高法院7日同意受理一項針對歐記健保法的新上訴案。

最高法院法官7日說，他們將決定，歐記健保法究竟是否授權發放補貼，協助全美千百萬名中低收入民眾支付他們的健保費。

一個聯邦上訴法院確認了幾項稅務法規，可容全美各州消費者根據平價醫療法（Affordable Care Act）享有健保減稅。但有反對者認為，多數補貼都不合法。
