立法院26日表決將核四公投案逕付二讀。行政院發言人鄭麗文回應指出，行政院完全尊重立法院的決議，並希望透過理性討論，充分表達正反意見，達成最終決定。

此外，針對新北市所提核四地方公投案，行政院並未直接核定准駁，為求審慎，已依公民投票法第38條規定，送請行政院公民投票審議委員會進行認定。

立法院26日進行核四公投案表決，以贊成票60票，反對票45票決議逕付二讀。鄭麗文說，行政院長江宜樺在第一時間致電立法院長王金平，表達感謝之意。
