法務部次長吳陳鐶今天赴立院備詢，立委質詢時多關切台灣是否可引渡槍殺台灣漁民的菲律賓凶手。吳陳鐶表示，上個月台灣與菲律賓雖已簽署「台菲刑事司法互助協定」，但未包含引渡條約，且國際間有「國民不引渡」原則，要引渡凶嫌來台服刑有「現實上困難」，但法務部會盡力洽談。
