房市十大新聞 QE退場居首

（中央社記者高照芬台北2013年12月30日電）不動產仲介經紀公會全國聯合會今天公布2013年房市十大新聞，以「美國宣布量化寬鬆（QE）明年緩步退場，學者看空明年房市」居十大新聞之首。

房仲公會全國聯合會歸納全國各縣市公會理事長選出「今年度房地產市場十大新聞」，以QE明年緩步退場居首，「實價登錄仁愛帝寶每坪新台幣298.2萬元，創下豪宅交易實價新天價」居次。

排名第三的新聞為「房價持續上漲，台灣房價所得比創9.2倍歷史新高」、「財政部奢侈稅修法微調不加碼打房」排第四。

另外，排名第五及第十名的新聞依序為「2014年台北市地王換人做，由台北101大樓取代站前新光大樓」、「台北市中華路、忠孝西路土地每坪成交價1147.5萬元，行情創天價！」。

「海外房地產在台熱銷，國內出現資金外移潮」、「央行警告包括桃園縣、林口、三峽及淡水等地房價可能泡沫化」、「林口A7合宜住宅正式開賣，每坪14.5萬低價快速完銷」、「股市量能萎縮，政府大力做多，金管會三箭齊發，企圖拉股市打擊房市」。
