台北市長獨立參選人馮光遠與民進黨籍參選人顧立雄上午聯合舉辦記者會，宣布成立人權大聯盟，並邀請數十位律師成立「潛水艇義務律師團」，要對抗連勝文的「航空母艦」律師團，誓言共同捍衛言論自由。
