普亭：不再分裂烏克蘭歐美股市漲

俄羅斯總統普亭18日表示，俄羅斯不會進一步分裂烏克蘭，使歐、美股市繼續上揚。

普亭在俄羅斯國會演說指出，克里米亞是俄羅斯「不能出讓」的一部分；當蘇聯崩解後克里米亞仍為烏克蘭的一省，俄羅斯人覺得是被「搶走」。他並指責西方國家的勢力入侵，迫使他合併克里米亞，並導致冷戰以來的最大外交危機。

普亭表示，「有些人說在克里米亞之後還會有其他 (烏克蘭的)的地區會跟進，你們不要相信。」

由於普亭表示俄羅斯不會分裂烏克蘭，18日歐洲股市開低走高，歐股50種股價指數上揚1%；美股道瓊指數早盤續漲約5%。
