姚嘉文：黨主席應以黨務為重

蔡英文宣布參選黨主席，考試院前院長姚嘉文今天出席竹山鎮228歷史文化追思紀念會說，黨員爭取提名是正常的，無論誰當黨主席，要正視黨務改革，未被提名者，要能夠團結一心，黨主席不應以個人與派系為優先，應專注黨務改革，並擅於用人。
