3度提訊葉世文律師：未查證林口A7案

台北地檢署、廉政署合作偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅案，廉政署昨日大動作約談標案中的評選委員和承辦官員到案說明後，北檢今（13）日上午3度提訊桃園縣前副縣長葉世文，歷經1小時的偵訊後結束。葉世文委任律師杜英達表示，今天應訊內容仍針對八德合宜住宅案進行釐清，並未就林口A7住宅案進行查證。

廉政署昨天以證人身分約談評選委員和承辦官員到案說明，希望釐清葉世文是否在標案過程中，連評委都一併「打點」。檢方今天則3度提訊葉世文。

杜英達在偵訊結束後，面對媒體訪問時表示，葉世文因連日偵訊，所以身體已經負荷不了，加上血壓持續偏高、降不下來，希望透過明、後兩天的假日，可以稍微獲得休息。

至於偵訊內容，杜英達低調表示，細節部分不方便說明，但是仍持續針對八德合宜住宅的細節部分進行釐清，並未就林口A7住宅案進行查證。
