電鍍污水處理

本人從事電鍍污水處理己有3年左右的經驗，

但有時遇到電鍍線清槽排放大量脫脂時，

水質會呈現混濁的情形，經由調整調均槽的PH數值到2～3左右，

調整流量到150到200左右，

液檢加藥量原本是7調整為9.5，PAC加藥量原本是在0.3～0.4左右

調整為0.8到1，高分子凝結劑為持到7到8左右，

各項數值稍為變動後為什麼水質還是不太有清撤的狀態出現，

煩請各位有相關經驗的前輩指教一下，感謝。
