目前手上拿到兩個offer 這兩天內就要做決定了 A. 資料分析員 B. 研究員 公司 網路新創公司 教育部大型長期計畫 可以保障做3~5年 工作內容 資料分析， 量化研究兼社會科學研究 有點像市場調查 與我碩士班念的息息相關 偶而要到香港出差 偶而要到中南部教育單位出差 薪資 39K (年終HR說不一定) 36K (1.5個月年終) 上下班時間 9:00am ~ 6:00pm 9:00am ~ 6:00pm (但是大多7點才能走) 加班費 責任制，若遇到較趕 絕對不會加班 的專案只能加班認了 上班距離 離家裡大概30分鐘 離家裡大概30分鐘 興趣 普普，不討厭 我很喜歡工作內容，除了研究、行政， 可以學到業界 也要到教育單位與許多教師們互動 的市場動態分析 因為是教育部很重視的計畫 所以此單位的研究工作對現今教育政策 是有影響力的 也許可以考慮在就職期間考公職 缺點 沒那麼大興趣 這個工作可以保障做很多年， 但遲早也有離開的一天 業界也不太承認這種教育單位的工作?
