http://mag.udn.com/mag/digital/storypage.jsp?f_ART_ID=464227 避免專利戰 SK Hynix、三星簽署專利交叉授權 VR-Zone中文站 2013/07/03 消息是來自 WSJ 的一篇報導，兩家來自韓國的半導體公司將針對半導體專利進行交叉授 權協議，主要是避免在相關技術上發生法律糾紛。 Samsung Electronics 和 SK Hynix 兩家公司的專利相當驚人，單就 SK Hynix 在第一季 末結束的半導體專利數量就高達 21,400 項，不過 Samsung Electronics 並沒有公布該 公司的專利數量。 同時，兩家公司並沒有說明這項授權協議的主要內容以及有效時間。 另一方面，根據 THE KOREA TIMES 在 1 日的報導指出，SK Hynix 在 2013 年第一季（ 4 月至 9 月）的盈利已經快接近 Samsung Electroncis 的 12.5%，同時預計這家全球第 二大的記憶體顆粒製造商有機會在第二季超過 Samsung Electronics。如果真的達成，那 這將會是 SK Hynix 8 年來首度超越 Samsung Electronics。 兩家韓國大廠進行專利交叉授權之後，對於 Micron 或許會造成一定的影響，而台廠方面 ，看似沒有什麼力氣去反擊了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.192.194
