標題[請益] 為什麼面試前要考英文?

為什麼每次去面試 除了寫基本資料、跟主管面試外 為什麼就是要考英文? 之後根本用不到英文啊! 除業務有機會外其它的完全不會摸到 一直很好奇為什麼要考英文 考很高跟考很低也沒差別 因為hr都是看學歷 跟面試時英文高低分一點關係也沒有 版上有沒有HR可以說明一下 --
