（中央社記者陳朝福高雄12日電）日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放含重金屬等廢水污染案，高雄地檢署今天陸續傳喚關係人13人說明，漏夜擴大調查。

高雄地檢署已將全案分案調查，並指派檢察官會同高雄市環保局稽查人員會合，到日月光公司位於經濟部楠梓加工出口區的K5廠、K7廠和K11廠實地會勘蒐證，並到後勁溪採取水樣和底泥。

雄檢表示，承辦檢察官蒐證和過濾分析相關資料後，認為有進一步釐清案情的必要，陸續傳喚廢水處理和設備廠商相關的工程師和維修人員，了解廢水處理排放流程和設備操作流程，釐清故意或過失排放的刑事責任。

高雄市環保局稽查人員日前巡查後勁溪時發現有排放異常水質的廢水，進一步追查是日月光公司K7廠所排放廢水造成。環保局發現K7廠排放的廢水酸度高且含重金屬鎳，加上高雄市後勁溪沿岸有台灣高雄農田水利會引水為梓官區、橋頭區用於灌溉的農業用水，可能污染農業用水。1021212
