環保地穴葬法 屏市下周討論

屏東市有20萬人，每年的死亡人數約1500人，但市立歸園納骨堂塔位只剩下5百多個邊邊角角的位置，市公所提出採取「環保自然葬法」，使用納骨堂旁邊的空地，開發地穴，解決塔位不足問題，代表會昨天現場勘察，質疑淹水及容量問題，下星期將持續討論。

屏東市長葉壽山指出，殯葬業務敏感，往往引起鄉鎮之間的緊張，為往生者的尊嚴及撫慰家屬的心，必須盡快尋求兩全方法。

市公所表示，目前委託成功大學建築系副教授陳耀光設計，以傳統的「入土為安」概念，開發地穴型態的自然葬法，有家族墓穴、四人組墓穴等構造，基隆已有私人墓園採用，可美化環境。

昨天代表會勘查該土地，下星期一進行質詢。
