陳姓女軍官與丈夫，因教會辦單身成人大會活動相識，進而結婚，婚後6年多僅有「間接」性生活，沒有直接行周公之禮，男方抱怨「飽受軍眷獨守空閨之苦」，一度在法庭情緒失控，嘉義地院法官判准2人離婚。

陳女和其丈夫兩人均是受洗10多年的教徒，但因兩人分住台灣頭、尾，原不相識，於民國94年間教會所舉辦的全國單身成人大會中相識，南來北往奔波交往戀愛2年終於結婚，婚後陳女考上軍官職，在軍營工作、生活。

婚後婆媳關係欠佳、觀念不同等問題浮出，常有口角，又因聚少離多，感情漸疏離，但法官審理認為影響婚姻最關鍵問題，是雙方結婚6年多性生活不協調。

陳女丈夫指述，妻子放假不回家，他飽受軍眷獨守空閨之苦，兩人未曾洞房，誰能忍受？致他常被友人訕笑，陳女辯稱，有以其他方式接觸滿足丈夫性需求。
