江揆：3到6個月建立工廠執照分流管理

立法院今天總質詢，民進黨立委陳其邁、葉宜津、林淑芬，三立委聯合質詢90分鐘。林淑芬質疑，許多食品工廠只拿一張執照，但除了食品製造外，卻統包清潔、飼料、廢棄物回收等，所有業務統統混在一起，她要求應源頭管理，工廠執照必須分流管理。

江揆回應表示，預計三到六個月分流完畢。
