我懷孕生小孩後就沒有再瘦下來了
我是個很愛減肥的女生
對自己越來越沒有自信
買衣服看到喜歡的衣服總是不敢嘗試
看到自己的大腿和屁股
下半身真的很肥胖
我用過了吃中藥減肥和慢跑減肥
但是我嘗試了3年都沒有瘦下來過
我對減肥真的很失望
