UN：2013年天災符合人為氣候變遷後果

世界氣象組織(World Meteorological Organization, WMO)秘書長賈侯(Michel Jarraud)今天(24日)在日內瓦表示，2013年的重大自然災害，例如重創菲律賓的海燕(Haiyan)颱風，或是澳洲百年一遇的嚴重旱災等，與人為的氣候變遷所造成的後果「相符合」。

賈侯說：「2013年的多起極端天候，都跟我們預期人為氣候變遷可能造成的結果，相符合。」

他同時表示，全球暖化的腳步「並未停歇」。
