（中央社台北2014年9月23日電）彭博報導，美國股市開低，標準普爾500指數邁向連續第3天挫跌，主要因美國政府打擊企業避稅購併，拖累跨境購併進行中的製藥股挫跌。

台北晚間9時31分，標準普爾500指數跌6.26點，或0.31%，報1988.03點。道瓊工業指數跌54.00點，或0.31%，報17118.68點。那斯達克指數跌18.962點或0.42%，報4508.727點。費城半導體指數跌4.4625點或0.70%，報636.8918點。
