教長:明年明星高中要提供五成以上免試

基北區家長團體要求應該先特招後免試，教育部長蔣偉寧今天表示，先免後特或先特後免都有其思考，但政策不宜擺盪過大，明年仍宜維持先免試、後特招的規畫，但朝提高免試名額方向規畫，讓制度更穩定。他明確表示，明年單一學校至少要提供五成以上免試名額。

基北區爭議主要有三個因素，一是明星高中免試名額太少，超額比序作文比在前面，以及差一志願扣一分的規定，蔣偉寧表示，這三個問題明年都要檢討，但不是由教育部規定一定要怎麼做，而是中央和地方的共識決定。
