系統大廠看好智慧型手機、PC及平板電腦、4K2K超高畫質電視的下半年旺季需求，近期開始擴大零組件採購，DRAM及LCD面板等「雙D」缺貨問題浮上檯面，報價提前在6月下旬出現大漲走勢，其中以DRAM缺貨問題最為嚴重；4GB DDR3模組合約價已大漲1成，7月價格更是看漲10～15％。

第2季是DRAM市場傳統淡季，但因業界傳出SK海力士、美光旗下爾必達在轉進25奈米製程時發生良率問題，導致標準型及行動型DRAM均出現供給吃緊狀況，現貨價也一路緩慢爬升，其中標準型4Gb DDR3晶片價格上周已來到4.2美元，2個月漲幅高達15％左右，行動型4GbLPDDR2價格也來到4.4美元的半年新高。～工商時報2014年 6月23日頭版頭條
