巴克萊：明年大陸GDP將降至7%

國際投行巴克萊今天發布報告，預計今明兩年大陸經濟增速分別為7.2%和6.9%，而且明年大陸有可能調降經濟增長目標至7%。

匯通網報導，巴克萊認為，大陸政府會持續推進定向寬鬆舉措，並通過放寬按揭貸款利率等限制來支持房地產市場，以免房地產市場驟然失速。

報告指出，定向寬鬆舉措可能不足以提振經濟增長、或者扭轉第三季放緩趨勢，但應能支撐第四季度出現回暖；預計樓市修正將持續到2015年，未來數月密切關注按揭貸款政策的可能放松以及投資增速的變化。

同日，一早出爐的匯豐中國9月製造業PMI初值小幅回升至50.5，是該指數連續第四個月位於榮枯分水嶺上方，優於市場預期中值50.0；8月終值為50.2。
