美經濟制裁11人與一個海外恐怖組織

美國矢言切斷伊斯蘭國與凱達組織的金脈，24日宣布11名個人和一個海外組織為「全球恐怖分子」，對之實施金融制裁，這些人和組織在美國的一切財產都將被凍結，而且禁止他們和任何美國人交易。黑名單上的個人和組織對凱達等恐怖團體提供金融與物資支援，並且派遣外國恐怖戰士進入敘利亞等地。歐巴馬24日在聯合國安理會主持一場特別會議，會中通過一項決議案，除了要求所有國家立法禁止其國民加入恐怖組織，也提出各國可以對恐怖組織實施的經濟制裁或軍事行動。
