因應製程轉換華亞科籌資126億

動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)廠華亞科完成海外存託憑證(GDR)定價，每股新台幣31.5元發行，籌得126億元資金。

華亞科為因應製程技術轉換資金需求，決定辦理現金增資發行3.6億至4.5億股普通股，參與發行海外存託憑證，增資案3月19日已獲金管會核准。

華亞科實際發行4億股普通股，即4000萬單位海外存託憑證，8日完成定價，以前5個營業日收盤價簡單算術平均價格33.54元折價6.1%發行。

華亞科每單位海外存託憑證發行價格10.46美元，每股普通股發行價格新台幣31.5元，華亞科順利籌得126億元資金。

華亞科20奈米製程預計第 2季底試產，今年底開始初期量產；因應加速20奈米製程量產時程，今年資本支出金額調高至220億元。
