宜蘭監獄簡姓前管理員酒駕翻車，處理的林姓警員被控未查辦，偽造車主供詞，被檢方起訴，宜蘭法院一審判決，林偽造文書被判刑1年2月，但未查辦涉嫌圖利的部分，法官認為兩人不識、林無得利，有可能是行政怠惰不追查，難以用貪汙來治罪，判決無罪。
