將共同研製抗凝血劑及青光眼藥物　搶攻陸國高端學名藥市場

上市生技股台灣神隆(1789)今天舉行法人說明會，會中宣布與結合藥品研發和中國市場導向的香港主板上市藥品製造商－李氏大藥廠控股有限公司 (「李氏大藥廠」或「集團」；股票編號︰950 HK)，共同研製一項抗凝血劑及兩項治療青光眼的藥物。運用雙方的優勢和專長，進一步提高產品的競爭力，搶占中國高端學名藥逾百億人民幣的市場。

根據雙方策略聯盟的協議，神隆與李氏將共同開發技術門檻極高的抗凝血且防血栓藥物Fndaparinux(磺達肝癸鈉)及用於治療青光眼的前列腺素衍生物藥品Travoprost(曲伏前列素)及Bimatoprost (貝美前列素)。

磺達肝癸鈉主要用於預防骨科下肢手術後引起靜脈血栓栓塞，該醣類藥物合成技術的化學反應極為繁複，超過50個步驟，台灣神隆總經理馬海怡博士表示，神隆為全球少數提供全合成並可穩定供貨的原料藥公司。

神隆台南廠將獨家提供原料藥及自行開發的製劑技術，授權李氏於中國境內生產。李氏負責向中國藥監局申請藥證後，預計2018年於中國上市。而該產品2013年於大陸市場的市值超過人民幣5億元。
