【時報-台北電】連日降雨，造成山區土質含水量大，上午8點左右，阿里山公路77.2K處邊坡滑落，大面積坍方，長達50米的道路全被土石、樹林掩蓋，公路總局阿里山公務段正全面搶通中，希望中午前能恢復單線通車，但因事發突然，許多車輛，包括旅行團的遊覽車無法通行，交通嚴重受到影響。(新聞來源：中時即時 呂妍庭)
