國防部：退將赴陸屬個人行為

新同盟會長許歷農今天率國內17位退役高階將領赴大陸與解放軍交流，引發議論。對此，國防部發新聞稿澄清，「從未授權任何單位或個人，與中共進行有關軍事互信機制之討論或交流」。

國防部強調，退役將領赴大陸訪問屬「個人行為」，與兩岸軍事互信機制無關，亦不會影響國防部相關政策。

國防部並隔空對赴陸退將喊話說，「退將赴陸期間應注意言行，避免造成社會大眾誤解及政府困擾；尤應一本初衷，以國家安全及利益為重。」
