偷機車被逮賊辯沒錢搭客運

黃姓慣竊昨天凌晨涉嫌以撿來的機車鑰匙竊取1輛老舊機車，以為贓車太破舊不會令警方起疑，但他心虛看到警車就逃，反而遭逮，他辯稱身上只剩37元零錢，不夠付回新竹住處的客運車資，才會「借騎」，警方不採信，將他依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

桃園警分局同安出所警員黃金煌昨天凌晨3時巡邏經桃園市南平路，發現黃姓機車騎士與他眼神對上後就遁入死巷，他立即尾隨攔查，對方見狀就棄車逃逸。

警方呼叫警網支援，看到路邊自小客車旁的黃姓男子慢慢探出半個頭，於是上前盤查，經查黃姓男子（30歲）的前科累累，並非通緝犯，黃男喊衰，辯稱因為涉案太多，擔心遭通緝而不自知，遇到警察一時會緊張，才會逃。

黃嫌說家住新竹，到桃園找朋友未果，深夜決定返家，但身上只剩37元，不夠付車資，發現路邊騎樓停放整排機車，就拿機車鑰匙逐一試，剛好劉姓車主的機車能發動，就「借用」了。
