高雄地檢署偵辦氣爆案，11日下午以被告身分傳喚7名榮化與華運員工，晚間將7人以業務過失致死罪諭令交保。

檢方認為當天案發時，榮化與華運操作人員明明察覺丙烯壓力異常，卻未通知主管機關，也沒有測試、檢查異常原因，就繼續輸送丙烯，導致丙烯大量外洩。

11日下午正式將案件簽分偵字案，並依被告身傳喚榮化與華運共7名員工。檢方晚間依業務過失致死罪，諭令榮化蔡姓組長以200萬元、沈姓工程師150萬交保候傳、李姓操作領班150萬元交保、黃姓操作員100萬元交保，華運黃姓領班80萬元交保、陳姓工程師100萬元交保、榮化華運洪姓操作員50萬元交保。
