〔自由時報記者邱俊福／台北報導〕17歲方姓高中生昨上午搭捷運板南線，見身穿長裙的30歲黃姓婦人，竟趁人潮擁擠，緊貼對方背部磨蹭，婦人驚覺走開，他還跟上繼續磨蹭，婦人轉身怒斥：「你幹嘛一直碰我！」其他乘客見狀，報警逮人。

方嫌於警局時，原本堅稱是「不小心碰到的」，最後才認錯說「我是一時衝動犯錯」，婦人見對方僅是高中生，不予追究性騷擾刑責，僅向社會局提出申訴，方父得知兒子闖禍，臉色鐵青，不發一語，警方訊後讓方嫌離開。
