iPhone電池更換新普不受影響

蘋果近期啟動iPhone 5電池更換計畫，因「極低比例」的iPhone 5可能存在「電池續航時間突然變短或需要頻繁充電」的情況。

據了解，這次發生問題的蘋果手機電池是由大陸業者生產，法人認為，相關更換電池計畫，不影響新普（6121）、順達科等台灣電池模組廠商譽。

蘋果指出，受電池問題影響的是在2012年9月至2013年1月期間銷售的iPhone 5。蘋果在其網站上發表一款工具，幫助用戶檢測iPhone 5序列號是否屬於有問題的產品。

若符合相關條件，但已經付費維修電池的消費者，蘋果將全數退還維修費用。

此項計畫已在8月22日起於美國及大陸開始，其他國家及地區則會於8月29日實施。
