公車上常見的糾紛，台北市一名新手公車司機遇上奧客，說自己快遲到破口大罵，司機開太慢，而且愈罵愈難聽，但司機始終口氣溫和，淡定安撫，同車乘客也力挺司機，將影片PO網，現在大都會客運決定記功表揚他。

台北市一名新手公車司機，行駛途中碰到一名自稱快遲到的乘客，他不滿車速太慢，對司機破口大罵，難聽的字眼全都用上，但司機始終口氣溫和，淡定地安撫乘客情緒，同車乘客更是力挺司機，將影片PO網，現在大都會客運也決定將他記功表揚。
