日本首相安倍晉三的座車27日下午1時40分（台灣時間12時40分），在東京澀谷區高速公路代代木收費站，追撞前方警衛車，殿後的警衛車剎車不及，又撞上安倍座車。安倍本人沒有受傷，但兩名警察臉部輕傷。

東京警視廳說，第一輛警衛車行駛自動收費系統（ETC）車道，但收費站柵欄沒有開啟而緊急剎車，造成首相座車等車輛連續追撞。（綜合外電）
