民進黨傳出申請入黨染黑疑雲，民進黨立委管碧玲說，各縣市傳聞不斷、各方評論一直談，「不釐清本身就是很大的傷害」。如果真有此事，應該從制度面排除，由黨中央主動處理。她贊成前民進黨主席蔡英文的主張，「黨要正面面對異常入黨問題」。

管碧玲表示，民進黨對於處理人頭黨員非常有經驗，過去也曾發生身分證造假問題，黨中央都有成立專責小組處理過。這件事若由地方黨部處理，很可能演變成沒辦法處理。
