大法官釋字709號昨天出爐，認定都市更新條例部分條文違憲，對此27日上午台北市長郝龍斌表示，大法官釋憲對北市府文林苑依法拆除問題，採取不處理態度。至於釋憲結果會不會影響都更進程與文林苑協商平台？郝龍斌說，會把釋憲結果提到文林苑協商平台上進行三方討論決定。
