（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡2013年5月9日專電）歐洲聯盟駐大馬大使兼代表團團長盧克范登堡代表歐盟副主席兼外交和安全政策高級代表發表聲明，祝賀大馬順利和平完成全國大選，但也關注涉嫌不合法的選舉程序。

盧克范登堡（Luc Vandebon）表示，歐盟除了祝賀大馬選舉和平舉行外，也祝賀國民陣線領袖納吉再度執政，並期待與納吉組成的政府繼續合作。

同時，他也對大馬人民能和平及熱情地參與大選，並創下史上最高投票率（85%）表示讚許，這顯示大馬民主意識已經抬頭。

不過，他指出，歐盟也留意到有關選舉舞弊的投訴，因為民主是歐洲的強大武器，維護民主是歐盟對內及對外政策的基石。因此，他表示歐盟正等待選舉委員會和其他相關團體，能公布所有選舉舞弊投訴的調查結果。
